    WHO WE ARE

    • Direct the maintenance function across assigned lodge locations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, utilities, and facility systems.
    • Lead, develop, and hold accountable Maintenance Supervisors and site maintenance teams within the assigned portfolio.
    • Own the maintenance budget for assigned locations, managing labor, parts, materials, and contractor spend.
    • Build and maintain preventive maintenance programs and schedules, and monitor completion and compliance across all sites.
    • Ensure all work meets applicable local, state, and federal building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC code requirements.
    • Conduct facility inspections and audits, identify deficiencies, and drive corrective action to completion.
    • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including scopes of work, bidding, performance, and cost control.

    • Support lodge mobilization, expansion, and demobilization activities, including facility readiness and equipment commissioning.
    • Lead maintenance emergency response and after-hours escalation for assigned locations.
    • Prepare and present maintenance performance reports, KPIs, and budget summaries to senior leadership.
    • Additional duties may be assigned by a manager.
