MAINTENANCE MANAGER Compensation: $100k–$130k
The JUDGE GROUP is hiring a Maintenance Manager! Join our fast‑paced food manufacturing team and lead all equipment and facility maintenance. You’ll drive reliability, guide a skilled tech team, and keep production running safely and efficiently.
Role Highlights:
Lead maintenance techs & daily operations
Own PM/PdM programs to cut downtime
Support production, quality & engineering
Ensure GMP, HACCP, FDA & OSHA compliance
