Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with a passion for keeping operations running at peak performance? We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled leader to oversee the maintenance operations of a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a talented maintenance team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all equipment and machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. Essential Functions
  • Forecast, develop, and manage the maintenance budget while maintaining accurate records of all installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade activity
  • Supervise, coordinate, and direct daily maintenance assignments for mechanical and electrical staff to ensure timely completion of all repairs and production readiness
  • Define and coordinate routine preventative and predictive maintenance including hydraulics, electrical, pneumatic, power transmissions, welding, fabrication, and oil analysis
  • Lead process improvement, cost reduction, and capital project programs while driving a continuous safety and environmental improvement culture
  • Establish and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure maintenance and operational needs are prioritized and addressed efficiently
  • Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment conforms to safety and operational regulations at all times
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical designs, CMMS, and preventative maintenance across pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and rebuild mechanical transmission equipment, fluid power systems, and electrical equipment including PLCs, motors, and ladder logic
  • Working knowledge of code requirements including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite, and internal software systems
Education & Experience
  • Minimum two years of post-high school education, academic or technical, required
  • 5 years of related maintenance manager experience required
  • 3 years of direct supervision experience required
  • Prior experience in a production environment strongly preferred
Work Environment
  • Must be available for on-call duties and hours necessary to support production demands
  • Industrial environment requiring physical activity including climbing, reaching, crawling, and kneeling
  • Valid driver's license required for operation of forklift and company vehicles
