Description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Master Data Specialist for a 12-month contract role.
- This is an entry-level opportunity focused on data entry, records management, and administrative organization within our maintenance operations.
- The ideal candidate is a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a high-volume environment.
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into maintenance databases and system records.
- Maintain, organize, and archive paper and electronic maintenance files, equipment logs, and documentation.
- Assist the maintenance team with updating records, schedules, and work order details.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across all maintenance documentation.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the maintenance department as assigned.
- Experience: Entry-level; prior administrative, data entry, or office support experience is preferred.
- Key Skills: High attention to detail, strong accuracy, fast learning agility, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer navigation.
- Experience with SAP (or similar enterprise resource planning systems) is a strong plus.
- Prior experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) documentation standards is a plus.
