We're partnering with a well‑established manufacturing company in Peabody that's growing and investing in its team. They're looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Location: Peabody, MA
Salary range: $72,000-$75,000/year

What You'll Do
- Maintain and repair production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Support basic building maintenance (lighting, plumbing, HVAC support)
- Follow safety and food industry regulations
- Document repairs and work orders
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (industrial or facility)
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
