Job Summary:
- A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of production equipment, facility systems, and site infrastructure. This role is responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and executing maintenance activities across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, including utilities and processing equipment.
Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production machinery and facility systems using strong electrical and mechanical skillsets
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
- Minimize operational downtime by completing repairs and part replacements in a timely and efficient manner
- Support fabrication needs by machining or modifying components to required specifications
- Maintain and service systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressed air, refrigeration, and production/packaging equipment
- Communicate effectively with production staff to provide maintenance guidance, resolve issues, and support continuous operations
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training and skill development
- Contribute to overall team success by supporting additional maintenance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, AC drives, VFDs, and PLCs
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across multiple equipment types
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- Valid driver’s license required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as operational needs dictate
