3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire) – Weekend Schedule | Extra Shift Pay

We’re partnering with a well-established, high-volume distribution operation to hire a Maintenance Mechanic for their 3rd shift team. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long-term potential, hands-on work, and a tight-knit overnight crew.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Saturday–Tuesday | 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Pay: $20.00–$28.00/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differential: +$2.25/hr for overnight hours
• Weekly pay + strong benefits package

What you’ll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Complete daily tasks using internal systems (training provided)
• Help keep operations running smoothly during overnight hours

What we’re looking for

• ~3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  (Open to less experience if you have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and are trainable)
• Experience working with conveyors, material handling equipment, or similar systems
• Solid work history – we’re looking for dependable individuals who stick and grow
• Comfortable working independently on an overnight shift
