Job Description
GENERAL OVERVIEW
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment systems and structures throughout the facility.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed. • Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal tradespersons. • Moves items within between locations and from to storage. • Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed. • Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises. • Removes debris and remediates hazardous conditions. • Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance. • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: High school diploma or GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Previous Healthcare Experience
