Maintenance Mechanic

Massillon Mancan is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join die-cast manufacturing facility. Pay will be based on experience between $25-$30 an hour.

Requirements:
Must have previous experience working on and maintaining die-cast machines
Previous industrial maintenance experience required
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Welding and fabrication experience preferred
Ability to diagnose equipment issues and make repairs efficiently
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
Ability to work in a hot, industrial manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on die-cast machines and production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Repair and maintain motors, pumps, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment
Perform welding, fabrication, and general maintenance repairs as needed
Assist with equipment installation, adjustments, and modifications
Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance guidelines

Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
