Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and restore equipment to operating condition efficiently + Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life + Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and schematics to execute repairs accurately + Follow safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with site teams **What Are We Looking For** + Demonstrated capability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment + Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety first mindset + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment + Skill in using hand and power tools relevant to mechanical maintenance tasks + Reliable, detail focused, and adaptable to changing operational needs **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing + ?Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
