We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on machinery, equipment, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  
• 
  Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  
• 
  Diagnose equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs.
  
• 
  Repair, replace, and adjust machine components as needed.
  
• 
  Perform welding, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs when required.
  
• 
  Inspect equipment to identify potential problems before breakdowns occur.
  
• 
  Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.
  
• 
  Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  
• 
  Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs.
  
• 
  Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  
• 
  Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  
• 
  Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
