Maintenance Mechanic

Full Time | Days | 7:30am - 3:30pm with Flexibility!

Pay Range of $20 - $25/hour (Based on Experience)

Our Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the following:

  • Perform general facility maintenance including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and repair work
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and testing on equipment, including emergency generators
  • Respond to on-call maintenance needs as scheduled
  • Complete work orders, maintenance records, and material requisitions accurately
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
  • Utilize energy management systems and document repairs/updates as needed
  • Assist with installations and major repairs of facility equipment and systems
  • Attend training and educational programs to maintain professional growth

What You Need as a Maintenance Mechanic:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Three or more years' working experience as a maintenance technician preferred.
  • Vocational or technical school training in general maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical codes.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience, training or education.
  • Valid Pennsylvania's Driver's license.
