**Maintenance Mechanic **
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay:$30 - $35/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic I to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and building systems.
- Assist with the repair of woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts using diagrams, operating manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
- Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Keep the maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized.
- Participate in safety meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and training.
- Follow hazardous waste and hazardous material handling procedures when assigned to the Treating Department.
- Prepare maintenance reports and complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or machine repair experience.
- Working knowledge of:
- Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Knowledge of safe equipment operation and OSHA safety practices.
- Experience handling hazardous materials is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
