The CNC Maintenance Mechanic will troubleshoot, maintain and repair a variety of CNC electro-mechanical control systems and the six machine sub-systems for precision machining equipment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform prevent preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery
Maintain and repair a diverse mix of machining equipment such as 5-axis milling machines, mill turns, EDMs, Laser-Swiss, CNC lathes, motion control systems, mist collectors, ovens, stamping machines, etc.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems down to the component level. Document work performed in our maintenance software and determine the root cause for every failure.
