This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to work hands-on with advanced manufacturing equipment in a team-oriented environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
* Diagnose and repair PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, controls, CNC/manual equipment, and specialized ovens.
* Conduct preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
* Train and mentor junior mechanics while supporting maintenance projects and enforcing safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of advanced maintenance and mechanical repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems, controls, pneumatics, and CNC/manual equipment.
* Experience with welding, fabrication, and machine shop equipment.
* Ability to read repair manuals, complete maintenance reports, and communicate technical issues effectively.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Technical school certification or apprenticeship training.
* Previous leadership/mentoring experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
