What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement lasting fixes
• Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical drawings
• Use precision measuring instruments and maintenance tools
• Build, modify, and repair equipment to meet operational needs
• Collaborate with the team on production and maintenance goals
• Support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical components
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Preventative maintenance program experience
• Your own tools
• Sharp problem-solving and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Preferred: forklift and/or crane certifications
