Maintenance Mechanic (Industrial Maintenance) – Salisbury, NC – $19-$26/hr
Urgently Hiring | Full-Time | Immediate Openings

Pay: $19–$26/hr (based on experience and shift)
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (training on 1st shift)
    Location: Salisbury, NC (On-site)
Maintenance Mechanic – Industrial Manufacturing
We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Salisbury, NC. This industrial maintenance role is critical to keeping production equipment running efficiently and minimizing downtime.

If you have experience in mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and complete mechanical repairs on production equipment
  • Diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems
  • Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, and documentation
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment daily
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–2+ years of maintenance mechanic or industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience working with manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
