Pay: $19$26/hr (based on experience and shift)
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (training on 1st shift)
Location: Salisbury, NC (On-site)
Maintenance Mechanic Industrial Manufacturing
We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Salisbury, NC. This industrial maintenance role is critical to keeping production equipment running efficiently and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and complete mechanical repairs on production equipment
- Diagnose issues with manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems
- Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, and documentation
- Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment daily
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 12+ years of maintenance mechanic or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience working with manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
