Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the property to ensure it remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for all occupants. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and structural integrity upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance: Keep common areas clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Plumbing Repairs: Address and resolve leaks, clogged drains, and toilets to maintain functionality.
• Lock Maintenance: Replace or repair locks as needed.
• HVAC Systems: Ensure heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning properly by performing routine checks and repairs.
• Structural Upkeep: Maintain the integrity of walls, roofs, and other structural elements to ensure safety and durability.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent issues before they arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in property maintenance.
• Basic understanding of structural maintenance and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
