What Youll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, youll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment issues.
Install, service, maintain, and rebuild plant equipment and systems.
Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and underground utilities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with life-critical procedures.
Test and verify equipment performance before returning assets to production.
Identify and communicate equipment concerns, abnormal conditions, and calibration issues.
Maintain accurate work order documentation and follow maintenance planning processes.
Support network (LAN) troubleshooting as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO and other management system requirements.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.
Experience working with PLCs and VFDs; preferred
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to wear a respirator and work in confined spaces when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a chemical manufacturing or process manufacturing environment.
