Location: Las Vegas, NV 89120
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Training)
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
• Full-time
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our production team in a fast-paced large format printing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on large format printing and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Maintain printers, laminators, cutters, conveyors, and other production machinery
• Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential maintenance issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment and machinery
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Coordinate with production and management regarding equipment performance
• Maintain maintenance tools, work areas, and parts inventory

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production environments preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with large format printing equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends when required

Preferred Experience

• UV printers, flatbed printers, cutters, laminators, or finishing equipment
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge preferred
