We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our client’s team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to maintain production and quality standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities: <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
  • Complete preventive maintenance on various machinery and mechanical equipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing and using precision measuring instruments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Remove and replace defective parts, adjusting functional components as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Inform production workers about routine maintenance techniques and ensure compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide mechanical maintenance information and prepare reports.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Stay updated with technical knowledge and communicate effectively within the team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    Essential Job Functions and Requirements:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/div>
    1. Safely adjust molding machine operational parameters.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    2. Repair EOATs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    3. Locate the root cause of problems.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    4. Clearly convey information through written, typed, or drawing formats.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    5. Read and follow mechanical and electrical drawings.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    6. Install electrical conduit, copper piping, PVC piping, and wiring.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    7. Read voltage/ohm meters.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    8. Perform preventive maintenance and enter data into the computer system.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    9. Look up parts in catalogs and machine manuals.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    10. Communicate with machine service personnel over the phone.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    11. Measure using a micrometer.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    12. Perform other assigned duties.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      • High School Diploma or GED<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • 5 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Must have Injection Mold Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Must have Electrician, automation and PLC Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Equipment maintenance expertise<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Technical understanding and enthusiasm<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to handle uncertainty and prioritize safety<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Attention to detail and proficiency with power tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Flexibility and ability to work under supervision<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Solid job knowledge and productivity<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
