SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Directs the maintenance activities for all Housing Authority owned and managed housing units and building facilities. Performs routine, semi and/or unskilled maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping duties and job functions in support of all Housing Authority owned and operated properties. Ensures Housing Authority maintenance standards and goals are met.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
Responsible for the direct supervision of all full and part-time personnel assigned to the maintenance department.
