Summary: Location: Minnetonka, MN Hours: Monday to Thursday – 3:30pm to 2:00am Responsibilities: Perform preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment. Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS. Repair, disassemble, and troubleshoot equipment. Tear down, inspect, and rebuild production equipment. Requisition needed items for inventory, spare parts, and emergency repairs. Support 5S initiatives. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. Experience in disassembling and maintaining machines. Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines. Preferred Skills: Technical/vocational education preferred. Degree or formal education in maintenance or related technical field is a plus. Medical device or optics manufacturing experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Electrical maintenance experience required. Some PLC experience preferred, but not a large part of the role. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written procedures. Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Knowledge of personal computer operations and skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office. Ability to respond to and answer/solve technical questions and problems.
