Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain accurate and inspection-ready maintenance records
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues to improve operational efficiency
  • Complete equipment repairs, modifications, and installations
  • Follow GMP guidelines for equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
  • Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory
  • Troubleshoot minor electrical and mechanical issues
  • Adhere to company, OSHA, and hazardous material safety standards
  • Communicate project status and maintenance updates with management
  • Complete additional tasks and assignments as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with manufacturing and packaging equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a good DMV record
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a company assessment with a minimum score of 80%

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Food & Drug GMPs (CFR 111)
  • Experience with electrical control systems
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
