Location: North Orlando, FL

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Shift Availability: All Shifts Available

We are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics / Millwrights to join our team in the North Orlando area. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Install, align, and maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, bearings, and other industrial machinery
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation
• Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience working with industrial maintenance equipment and systems
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and power transmission systems
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and hand tools
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Experience with stick, MIG, or Flux-Core welding is highly desirable
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Experience with rigging, equipment alignment, and machinery installation preferred

The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional with strong millwright and mechanical maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and keeping operations running at peak performance. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
