SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Experience in general building maintenance
- Experience in outside building maintenance
- Ability to use a computer, experience using Microsoft
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
Required /Desired Skills:- Ability to speak and understand English
- Experience in general building maintenance/repair, washing windows, sweeping mopping, taking out trash
- Experience in general plumbing maintenance/repair, changing fixtures, addressing blocked toilets
- Experience in HVAC maintenance/repair, changing filters, flushing lines
- Experience in electrical maintenance/repair, changing light switches, bulbs, trouble shooting
- Experience in renovations, patching holes, caulking, painting
- Experience using general lawn maintenance equipment, including climbing a ladder, using trimmers and mowing, chain saws
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, washing, properly inflating tire pressures
