We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to keep our manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and facility systems running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical problems, repairing equipment, and keeping production moving.
You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and shop-floor teams to minimize equipment downtime and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
What You'll Do
Provide daily maintenance and repair support throughout the manufacturing floor.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machines to minimize downtime.
Perform routine CNC coolant tank cleanouts and maintenance.
Diagnose and repair assembly equipment.
Maintain and repair deburring equipment to support quality production.
Perform basic facility plumbing repairs, including leaks, drains, and plumbing fixtures.
Replace light bulbs and maintain proper facility lighting.
Assist with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities and help maintain a safe workplace.
Document maintenance activities and repairs as needed.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and diagnostic equipment.
Working knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hydraulics.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and record-keeping.
Forklift certification.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations under applicable U.S. export control regulations.
