Maintenance Mechanic

HiFyve is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Springfield, OH!

Salary: $22.00 – $36.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; occasional Fri/Sat overtime)

Location: Springfield, OH

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and repair metal stamping presses.
• Follow all safety, lock-out/tag-out, and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance and production teams.
• Work safely in confined spaces and at heights up to 40 feet.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in maintenance, hydraulics, or electrical preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Metal stamping press maintenance experience required.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to lift 25–100 lbs and perform physical work safely.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Valid driver’s license; steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required.
