Join PMG Master Holdings, LLC as a Full-Time Maintenance Mechanic and step into a hands-on role where your work directly impacts plant uptime, equipment reliability, and day-to-day operations. This onsite position in Tampa, FL is built for someone who likes real maintenance work - diagnosing problems, turning wrenches, handling repairs, and keeping equipment running in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is not a desk job and it is not a narrow specialty role. We are looking for someone who is mechanically strong, comfortable with equipment, and confident enough electrically to troubleshoot motors, wiring, relays, switches, and control-related issues when they come up. If you like being part of a hardworking team, solving problems in real time, and taking pride in keeping operations moving, this could be a strong fit.
With a competitive pay range of $24-$28 per hour, you'll be rewarded for your skill, effort, and reliability. You will also be offered great benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Competitive Salary, and Paid Time Off. At PMG, your contributions matter, and strong performers have room to grow.
As a Maintenance Mechanic at PMG Master Holdings LLC, your day will revolve around keeping our manufacturing equipment and support systems operating safely and reliably. You will perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a range of plant equipment and components.
This role includes a strong mechanical core, but it also requires comfort with the electrical side of equipment. On any given day, you may be:
You will work closely with other technicians and team members to identify equipment problems, minimize downtime, and implement practical solutions. You can expect a role that is hands-on, physical, and varied. Some days will be routine PM work, and some days will require troubleshooting under pressure when equipment goes down.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a manufacturing environment, willing to get dirty, and able to work across mechanical, electrical, and equipment-maintenance needs without needing everything to fit neatly into one box.
To succeed as a Maintenance Mechanic at PMG Master Holdings LLC, you should bring a strong foundation in mechanical maintenance, along with enough electrical confidence to troubleshoot common equipment issues safely and effectively.
The right person for this role will likely have:
A background in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, maintenance mechanic work, motor troubleshooting, or mechanically focused electrical work will translate well here. This role is a particularly good fit for someone who is mechanic-first, but who is also comfortable enough with electrical work to help keep equipment moving without waiting on someone else for every motor or control issue.
If you take pride in solving problems, working hard, and keeping equipment running, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, practical maintenance ability, and the flexibility to handle both the mechanical and electrical side of the job when needed.
