Troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems. Inspect diagnose and repair motors pumps gearboxes conveyors compressors and production machinery. Read and interpret blueprints schematics technical manuals and maintenance procedures. Install align adjust and calibrate mechanical equipment and components. Replace bearings belts chains sprockets seals valves and other mechanical parts. Conduct root cause analysis to identify sources of equipment failure and implement corrective actions. Support equipment upgrades modifications and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records work orders and equipment documentation. Ensure compliance with company safety standards OSHA regulations and LockoutTagout LOTO procedures. Collaborate with production engineering and quality teams to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work area.This is a full time opportunityMonday - Friday weekends as neededThe ideal candidate will haveRequired Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing food processing packaging medical device or distribution environments. Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems. Welding and fabrication experience. Forklift and scissor lift certification. Knowledge of CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.Preferred Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or certification in Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Technology Electromechanical Technology or related field preferred. Minimum 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics pneumatics and industrial equipment. Ability to use hand tools power tools precision measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read mechanical drawings technical manuals and equipment schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
