Maintenamce Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Location: Washington, PA

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: $26.43/hour (increases to $27.82/hour after 6 months)

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join a manufacturing team in Washington, PA. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment used in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and experienced in working with automated production machinery.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment and machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure optimal equipment performance
• Assist with production line changeovers, including loading coils and supporting welding operations
• Conduct preventive maintenance, lubrication, and safety inspections on presses and equipment
• Perform basic electrical tasks and follow electrical safety protocols
• Execute hot work tasks (welding, cutting, brazing) as required
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards including LOTO, machine guarding, and safe equipment operation
• Support general maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience working with hand tools and industrial equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical knowledge

• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow
