  • Assembly: Rebuild industrial components such as gearboxes, pumps, and large-scale screw conveyors.
  • Documentation: Utilize CMMS software to track work orders, preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, and parts inventory.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in Diesel Engine Repair is required (Heavy machinery or forklift experience is highly preferred).
  • Technical Skill: Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems is required.
  • Background: 3-5 years in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment repair. A technical degree or Journeyman's card is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Shift: Must be strictly available for the 10 PM - 6 AM shift and open to overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to reach, bend, climb, and stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 Ibs.
