This role is critical for a high-production facility where you will be responsible for the maintenance of our heavy mobile equipment fleet-specifically diesel-powered forklifts-as well as our plant-wide industrial machinery.
If you are a diesel mechanic looking to transition into a stable industrial environment, or an industrial tech with strong heavy equipment skills, we want to hear from you.
Top Priority: Diesel & Mobile Equipment
Diesel Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and complex engine repairs on a fleet of diesel-powered forklifts and heavy mobile industrial equipment.
Hydraulic Systems: Diagnose, repair, and rebuild complex hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and high-pressure lines.
Mobile Operations: Safely operate and troubleshoot forklifts, boom lifts, and other heavy loaders.
Industrial Plant Responsibilities
Mechanical Repair: Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including furnaces, conveyors, blast equipment, pumps, and cranes.

Assembly: Rebuild industrial components such as gearboxes, pumps, and large-scale screw conveyors.
Documentation: Utilize CMMS software to track work orders, preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, and parts inventory.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in Diesel Engine Repair is required (Heavy machinery or forklift experience is highly preferred).
Technical Skill: Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems is required.
Background: 3-5 years in industrial maintenance or heavy equipment repair. A technical degree or Journeyman's card is a significant plus.
Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
Shift: Must be strictly available for the 10 PM - 6 AM shift and open to overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
Ability to reach, bend, climb, and stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 Ibs.
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels.
