3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, AC drives, pumps, and gearboxes
Ability to read electrical schematics
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Computer skills and CMMS knowledge
Knowledge of machining, assembly practices, and shop operations
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and control systems
Maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
Read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools
Support equipment reliability, safety, and production uptime
Document maintenance activities in CMMS
Assist with startup/shutdown procedures and technician training
Follow plant safety and food safety standards
