These full-time positions are based in Waukesha, WI and offer competitive pay starting at $25 per hour for entry level - with an additional shift premiums if you work 2nd or 3rd shift. Pay is based on experience for skilled candidates up to $40 per hour.
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for keeping all production machinery in a "ready for service" condition, performing preventative maintenance as scheduled, and addressing day-to-day maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain all plant machinery and equipment
- Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties
- Complete minor electrical work such as motor replacement, fuse replacement, switches, etc.
- Ensure plant organization and cleanliness
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance work
- Basic knowledge and skills in pneumatics, electrical, mechanics, hydraulics, rigging, equipment installation, machine rebuilding, motor & drive alignment, measuring equipment & fabrication
- Ability to read blueprints and familiarize yourself with all plant equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
