Location: Williamsport, MD

Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift OR 3rd Shift

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with rigging, pipefitting, and fabrication preferred
• Welding experience or certification a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in industrial conditions
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities

Job Duties:

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery and equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and complete corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documents
• Safely rig, move, and install industrial equipment
• Complete fabrication work including cutting, drilling, grinding, and basic machining
• Replace bearings, align shafts, and install mechanical components
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS systems
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
