Maintenance Mechanical Specialist

Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanical Specialist for a client within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Position Overview
This position supports preventative and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and facility systems operate efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. This is an opportunity to grow technically while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective countermeasures to reduce downtime
• Analyze equipment data and support process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
• Support installation, modification, and improvement of equipment in collaboration with vendors and contractors
• Maintain equipment documentation, drawings, and PM work orders, ensuring timely completion
• Train team members on maintenance procedures and support team development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, LOTO procedures, and company standards including ISO and IATF

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 0–3 years of maintenance or related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and OSHA safety standards
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and systems such as SAP, AutoCAD, or ADP preferred
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or in a team

Compensation: ($60,000 – $75,000)
