Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
Inspect restaurant facilities regularly and address safety issues, wear-and-tear, and other maintenance concerns.
Ensure equipment such as fryers, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and HVAC systems are operational and serviced as needed.
