Job Description
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration units)
- Handle general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Maintain lighting, restroom functionality, and cleanliness of utility areas
- Address safety hazards and ensure the restaurant is OSHA compliant
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Perform minor renovations, touch-ups, and painting as needed
- Respond to maintenance emergencies during business hours or on-call when scheduled
- Assist with cleaning tasks, deep cleaning equipment, and organizing maintenance storage areas
