What You’ll Own
Lead, direct, and support maintenance personnel performing equipment installation, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance.
Perform regular plant inspections, assessing facility condition and the efficient use of space.
Establish and sustain a preventive maintenance program to maximize reliability.
Ensure compliant hazardous waste disposal; act as liaison with public utility, environmental, and energy agencies.
Oversee construction and installation work for strict conformance to specifications; develop and coordinate specifications, proposals, contracts, and related documents.
Coordinate building space allocation, layouts, and communication services.
Assist with facilities equipment repair and PM activities as needed.

Supervise team members in the Maintenance Department and Tool Room.
Interview, hire, and train; plan, assign, and direct work.
