Part-Time Maintenance Technician – Black Hammock Rental Properties

Location: Oviedo, FL (Black Hammock Area)

Pay: $20 per hour

Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week

Black Hammock is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance to help maintain our vacation rental properties and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general property maintenance
• Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues in rental units
• Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep

Requirements:

• Experience in general maintenance, or property maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver#39;s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
