Maintenance Packaging Mechanic:

Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, adjust, and break down packaging, bottling, and filling equipment to support daily production needs
* Troubleshoot and maintain machinery to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
* Perform routine maintenance and prepare equipment for upcoming production runs
* Collaborate with production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2-3 years of experience maintaining packaging or production equipment, or equivalent technical training
* Hands-on experience with fillers, labeling systems, cartoners, or similar machinery
* Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience with Groninger, PKB, JG, Kalix, or similar packaging systems
* Technical school degree or formal mechanical training
Compensation:
$32-$33/hour + comprehensive benefits package
