The Maintenance Parts Coordinator is responsible for the management, inventory, and organization of the storeroom within the plant. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all maintenance parts are readily available to support operational efficiency. Responsibilities Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6/7 AM to 3/4 PM Own the overall management and organization of the maintenance storeroom, ensuring that all parts and supplies are stored efficiently and accessible to maintenance personnel. Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities. Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance parts, conducting regular counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to track parts usage, manage reorder points, and optimize stock levels. Own storeroom organization, part labeling, and inventory standards. Own parts kitting for maintenance and planned work as required. Coordinate receiving of purchased materials and equipment and ensure properly inventoried. Maintain accurate MDASS and MDG parts data (extensions, edits, requests, etc.). Partner closely with the buyer to communicate inventory needs, assist in the procurement of maintenance parts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet operational demands. Work closely with maintenance leaders to understand their parts requirements and provide support in sourcing and organizing necessary materials for maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustment. Ensure that all storeroom operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Required Experience High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of inventory experience. 1+ years of warehouse experience. 1+ years of CMMS experience. Ability to work weekends and overtime. Indefinite authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree. Maintenance/spare parts inventory experience. Inventory Control experience. Cycle count and inventory accuracy experience. SAP. Intermediate Excel. Technical maintenance knowledge. Pallet jack experience.
