Maintenance Person

Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, and electrical work.
• Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Maintain and repair Dunkin' equipment, including ovens, coffee machines, and refrigeration units.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
