️ What You’ll Do: Keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained Perform routine maintenance and general repairs Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections Assist with painting, room setup, and small renovation projects Help maintain outdoor areas and common spaces Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests

What We’re Looking For: Maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Valid driver’s license preferred
