About the Role
Responsible for overall asset management, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
What You'll Do
What You'll Need
‒ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
‒ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
‒ Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
‒ Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
‒ Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
‒ Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
‒ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
‒ Bachelor"s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
‒ Previous experience with EAM ASE, data analysis, and asset management preferred.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $84,801.60 annually [or $40.77 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $94,224.00 annually [or $45.30 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
