Alsowouldbe responsible fordocumenting the required work procedures and budgets associated with all performed work plans.Summary of ResponsibilitiesOrganize incoming work orders into defined planned work packages.Develop and document work procedures and scopes using Ellipse system.Identify specify and order required contract labor parts tooling and equipment to complete the work plan.Build parts and standard jobs resourcelibrary.Ensure that all department work performed is done in a safe manner and that all work areas aremaintainedto meet or exceed all MSHA standards.Promotes and encourages teamwork and high-performance standards throughout the department.Ensures that the daily and weekly maintenance plan is communicated and coordinated with all those affected.Develop short-range andor long-range maintenance plans and budgets.Ensurescompliance and implementation of short and long-range maintenance plans and budgets.Works with the supervisor to ensure that all work orders are closed when completed.Updates equipment history and equipmentcomponenttracking.Works with the planners supervisors craftworkerstechnicians and reliability engineers to ensure equipment improvement activities are occurring.Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications2-year degree in technical field or equivalent.3-5 years recent experience at a miningmineral processing facility or heavy industry preferably in a unionized environment.Project experience including installation and startup is helpful.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills such as team building and conflict resolution arerequired. Willingness to promote team concepts and company policies. An employees pay within the salary range will be based onnumerousfactors including but not limited to relevanteducation qualifications experience skills geographic location and business or organizational needs.
