Responsibilities:Your Role:
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, preparing, and optimizing maintenance work to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets. This position serves as a key member of the Work Execution Management (WEM) process and is accountable for work order quality, job plan development, backlog management, material readiness, preventive maintenance optimization, and maintenance work readiness.
The Maintenance Planner works closely with Maintenance Supervisors, Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Scheduling, and Storeroom personnel to ensure maintenance work is fully defined, planned, and prepared before execution. The role supports the continuous improvement of asset reliability, maintenance productivity, and maintenance execution effectiveness through disciplined planning and work management practices.
