Are you a detail-driven maintenance professional who thrives on organization, efficiency, and keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner to take ownership of scheduling, coordination, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
  • Build and manage preventive maintenance programs based on equipment needs and performance
  • Create and prioritize work orders, ensuring alignment with production schedules
  • Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to drive efficiency and reliability
  • Manage parts inventory, including sourcing, tracking, and staging materials for upcoming work
  • Analyze equipment performance and help improve maintenance processes over time
  • Respond to urgent maintenance needs and adjust schedules accordingly
  • Train team members on maintenance systems and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience
  • Strong experience with CMMS or similar maintenance systems
  • Solid understanding of preventative maintenance and equipment reliability
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with inventory, purchasing, or supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
