The Role
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for assisting with the development and execution of the insulation manufacturing plant's reliability-based maintenance strategy which is founded on preventative and predictive maintenance. The position requires hands on maintenance experience and all tasks will be performed supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the organization. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders in a union environment (including vendors, contractors, regional support, and departments at the plant level) to execute planned work with quality and timeliness. This position may occasionally work off-hours as requirements dictate to meet department objectives.
The core function of a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is to effectively coordinate all work activities of the Maintenance Department and is the owner of the SAP-Work Management System (SAP-WMS). The Planner/Scheduler is also responsible for kitting jobs as required and ensuring all data accurately entered into the system- monitoring orders to completion status.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10%of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $89,650 to $139,150.
