Our client, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: Raeford, NC

Pay Range:

Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Coordinate resources and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Utilize CMMS systems to track maintenance activities, inventory, and work orders.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians, operations teams, and management to streamline workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.

What's Needed?

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong skills in job planning, resource coordination, and CMMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement effective maintenance strategies.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
